
Ingredients:
200gm ladies finger
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp jeera powder
2 tsp MTR Rasam Powder (or Garam masala powder)
2 tbsp desicated coconut (optional)
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
water for mixing
3 tbsp for shallow frying
Method:
Mix all the masalas together with the lemon juice & a little water
Wash the bindis, towel dry & gently slit the sides just enough for stuffing the masala
Now stuff the bindis with the masala, cover & shallow fry till done
Serve them with hot rotis!

Just made it tonight for dinner. So easy to make and the best.
Wanted a quick side for beer night and this was just apt.. happened to be big hit with the boys.
