Garlic Bread Bruschettas

Here's one of my all time favorite dishes, its not only a really easy & quick starter to fix up but tastes absolutely yum! Try it & you'll love it! You cud go easy on the cheese or skip it all together and even use the salsa as just a dip & serve the garlic bread alone. Well go with ur style & always remember to add a personal touch to it. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 French loaf
3 tbsp garlic butter
1 cup salsa
Grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Salsa
3 red ripe tomatoes chopped or 1 cup cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oilSalt
Pepper
Dash of Tabasco
1/2 tsp oregano
Chopped coriander
1 tbsp cream cheese

Garlic Butter
3 tbsp salted butter or margarine
1 clove garlic grated
Pinch of Oregano
Chopped cilantro

Method:
Mix ingredients for the garlic butter & keep refrigerated at least for 30mins
Mix all the ingredients for the salsa and keep aside.
Slice the french loaf, butter them with the garlic spread & grill in the oven till it turns golden brown & crispy.
Now add a spoon of salsa to top off each slice, sprinkle grated cheese and grill in the oven for a 3 minutes or till the cheese melts.

Serve Hot with Tabasco
